-will not be held responsible for outdoor pets that escape confinement due to broken or inadequate fencing, or by digging under a fence.

-will not held responsible for damage to your home caused by your pets (this includes carpet stains).

-will not be responsible for plants that may die in your absence.  (Your plant care instructions will be followed but we cannot guarantee the condition of your plants.)

-will provide care for pets requiring oral medication or injections provided that you give specific instructions on administering such medication and provided that the pet is in stable condition.

-requires that all pets must be up to date on their required vaccinations (rabies).

-will, in the event of an emergency, make every effort to take your pet to the veterinarian or animal hospital of your choice.  However, if your choice is unavailable Mid-Cities Pet Care reserves the right to seek treatment at another facility.

-requests that you please call if your scheduled return date should change, and/or when you return home from your trip.  This ensures that we know that your pet is back in your care. 

-requires that you provide an emergency contact (other than your veterinarian) who can be called upon in the event of an emergency (whether with your home or your pet) in your absence.
